Carrier Requirements

Active FMCSA Motor Carrier Authority (MC Number)

Valid DOT Number and US DOT Operating Authority

Minimum $1M Auto Liability Insurance

Minimum $100K Cargo Insurance

No unsatisfactory FMCSA safety rating

Must be in operation for at least 6 months

W-9 or equivalent tax documentation

Signed Carrier/Broker Agreement

All carriers are subject to FMCSA verification and may require additional documentation.
